Terms and conditions
AVAILABILITY: JoCoPlants is a marketplace bringing together 27 nurseries, thousands of acres and hundreds of thousands of plants for professional landscapers, developers, retail garden centers and re-wholesale entities. We make every attempt to keep our inventory lists up to date, but we cannot guarantee either price or quantities available. In the rare circumstance where we cannot fulfill a particular item, we'll let you know promptly, suggest alternatives, or back-order the item with your approval until it is ready to ship at the appropriate size and quality.
PRICES: Prices are generally wholesale and F.O.B. for each nursery. To qualify for wholesale prices, a customer should be a licensed nursery, garden center or landscaper with a Federal Tax ID number. If purchasing from us for the first time, you will be asked to provide us with a sales tax exemption number at sign-up. Please refer to each individual nursery's terms and conditions of sale if you have any questions prior to transactions.
CLAIMS -We grow quality plants and guarantee that our plants are true to name and healthy when shipped. However, we cannot be responsible for plants after leaving our nursery. Claim policies vary by nursery. Please refer to each individual nursery's terms and conditions for claim information or contact us promptly for more information.
BOOKED ORDERS - In most cases, a deposit will be required to confirm an order, pull your plants, and hold for shipment. All orders are subject to crop conditions. Each nursery has the right to void any and all orders should conditions occur that are beyond our responsibility or control.
DELIVERY - Plant delivery is available on our 24' shelved box trucks, 48' tractor-trailer or other mode of delivery as determined by the association and the individual nurseries. We can often combine loads with other customers if given adequate time to help reduce freight charges on less than full trucks.
These are general terms of service. Please review the terms of each nursery you plan to purchase from prior to any transactions. Terms of service for each individual nursery can be found on their respective websites or by calling or emailing our nurseries to request a hard copy of their terms of service.
